Dongwon Industries is a South Korean seafood company headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. Dongwon is South Korea's largest fishing company and the owner of StarKist Tuna. They also produce a wide range of authentic Korean products, such as Kimchi. Kimchi is a traditional banchan (a Korean small side dish) consisting of salted and fermented vegetables, most commonly using napa cabbage or Korean radish. Dongwon’s Yangban Canned Kimchi is produced from delicious, salted, Chinese winter cabbages. The Kimchi undergoes pasteurization at a low temperature to retain as much crunchy texture and flavour as possible. The Yangban Kimchi is fermented with spring onions, red pepper, garlic, and ginger for a vibrant, spicy, and subtly fruity flavour profile. It is a well-balanced Kimchi, neither too salty or too acidic. It can be enjoyed with various Korean dishes, such as BBQ or stir-fries. Once opened, keep refrigerated, and use as soon as possible.
