how can I earn and spend points?

You will earn 1 point for every £1 you purchase. For every 100 points you have earned, you will be able to redeem a £1 off coupon. You can benefit from point multiplier when you rank higher in our loyalty tiers. Buy more to earn more!

Besides shopping with us, there are many more ways you can earn points to spend!

Share your personal referral code with your friends, and you will each get a £5 coupon once your friend has registered with us and made a valid purchase of a minimum spend of £50! The more you share, the more you earn with your discount code. You will be able to access the code under 'My Loyalty Points' once logged in to your account. Please note that only one referral code can be used per transaction. Terms and conditions applies.

points expire

You will lose all of your points and get downgrade to the tier below if you do not make a purchase in 6 months. So be sure to login and make purchases from time to time to keep the points active! Unfortunately, you will not be able to reactive the expired points even after you have make a valid purchase after the expired points have been deducted from the account.

We will announce limited offers on a monthly basis to all customers that are enrolled to our loyalty programme, so make sure to create an account with us and follow our social media platforms to get the latest update of all the exclusive promotions! loyalty programme terms and conditions:

1. The £5 referral discount codes require a minimum spend of £30 from 20/9 to 20/10 during promotional period. Subsequently, the minimum spend requirement will increase to £50.
2. Only one referral code may be applied per transaction during the checkout process.
3. The referral discount cannot be applied to case price items.
4. Each customer profile may refer a maximum of 5 individuals through the referral programme.
5. Referral codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the customer who earned the code. They cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
6. Referral rewards will only be issued after the referred party completes a valid purchase that meets the minimum spend requirement. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity to obtain referral rewards are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of the customer’s account.
7. Any suspected misuse of the referral program, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or using referral links inappropriately, may result in the forfeiture of rewards and/or account suspension.
8. Orientalmart reserve the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of the referral program at any time without prior notice.
9. In the event of any dispute, Orientalmart reserves the right to make the final decision.
