At Orientalmart, we partner with some of the top courier companies in the UK, including DPD and Evri, to guarantee a safe and worry-free delivery. Please see below for a list of the services that we offer with each delivery.

* When you order both ambient and fresh/frozen produce, we split these into two separate deliveries.

This is because fresh and frozen produce must be delivered within 24 hours to maintain the correct temperature and ensure freshness. If there’s any delay and these items are not delivered the next day, our courier partner would unfortunately need to dispose of them to maintain food safety standards. By shipping them separately, we help guarantee that both your perishable produce and your ambient produce arrive safely, in the best possible conditions.
