Bai Jia is a Chinese food producer situated in the Sichuan province of Southwest China. The region is world famous for its unique take on Chinese cuisine. Bai Jia’s Chongqing Noodles (Spicy Hot Flavour) are instant noodles in the style of Chongging noodles, a dish originating from the city of the same name situated at the confluence of the Yangtze and Jialing rivers in Southwestern China. These spicy noodles are warmed by chilli, garlic, and Sichuan peppercorn, as well as a mix of Chinese spices. Served in a deep red broth, they have just the right level of spicy heat without being too overwhelming. Quick and easy to prepare, simply add boiling water, wait a few minutes, and enjoy.
