Inspiring Hot Pot Variations
In the north of China, lamb is an incredibly common ingredient, whereas Cantonese Hot Pot ingredients will heavily incorporate seafood.
Mongolian-style Hot Pots are recognised for their flavourful broths that consist of mixed herbs, goji berries and jujubes.
For a much more spicy Hot Pot, we heavily recommend making Chongqing Hot Pot! Famous for its Sichuan peppercorns and spicy indulgence.
