Ingredients
- 50g noodles
- 35g red pepper
- 25g yellow pepper
- 1 spring onion
- Chilli flakes
Sauce ingredients
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy
- 1/2 tsp garlic puree
- 1/4 tsp VeryLazyFoodUK zingy chilli
- 1/4 tsp nkdliving erythritol gold
- Garlic
Method
- Boil your rice noodles as per the instructions on the packet.
- Meanwhile, add all your seasonings & sauces to a bowl and combine.
- Fry off your peppers so they get soft, then add in your cooked noodles. Then pour over the sauce. Turn up the heat for 1-2 mins, so it gets the sauce sticky.
- Serve with spring onion & chilli flakes.
