Zheng Feng Black Soybean 正豐 黑豆 (青仁烏豆)

Zhengfeng is a major Chinese producer of dried fruits, farm produce, processed foods, and spices. Zhengfeng’s Black Beans are dried Chinese black beans with a dense, almost meat-like texture and umami profile once cooked.
