Unfortunately, promotional/sale items are non-refundable. All of the items with a relatively short best before date will be clearly marked on the website and product page. Therefore, it is a well-known fact and mutually agreed conditions during purchase, thus, we would not be accepting any request for refund/refund for these items.

We try our best to offer all promotions on both channels but there are limitation on the operation on each channel unfortunately, which result in the difference. We thank you for your interest in our shop and will hopefully be able to provide our best service to enhance your shopping experience.

We do offer gift vouchers and they are available for purchase and to use both in online and in-store.

E-gift vouchers are available for purchase on our website and in-store.

To purchase it online, all you have to do is search "gift voucher" in the search bar or press here. Choose the desired denominations available, add them to the cart and proceed to checkout. To purchase in-store, please let our till member know and they will add the item to your order.

When you want to use it during online shopping, simply copy the discount code from the email and paste it into the discount code section on the checkout page. Press "Apply" and you should see the amount of the gift voucher deducted in the discount section. Or, if you prefer to use it in our physical stores, tell our till member the discount code before payment, and the amount should be deducted from the order subtotal.

Please make sure the email address you have input is correct as it will be sent immediately after you have completed the payment.
