Chilli OIl Ingredients
Chilli Oil consists of only two ingredients:• 1 tsp of chilli powder/chilli flakes• 2 tbsp your favourite cooking oil
How to Make Chilli Oil
1. Place the chilli powder/flakes in a heatproof container.2. Heat the oil over a stove. Once hot, pour the oil over the chilli powder/flakes and let cool.3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Ginger and Vinegar Sauce

• 1 chopped spring onion• Salt (to taste)• 1-2 tbsp hot oil• 2 tbsp soy sauce• 1 tsp Chinese black rice vinegar

• 3 tbsp soy sauce• 1 tsp dark sesame oil• 1 minced garlic clove• 1 chopped spring onion• 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar• 2 tbsp hoisin sauce• 1/2 tsp minced ginger• ½ tsp caster sugar (optional)
How to Make Hoisin Dipping Sauce
1. Mix all of the ingredients together. If required, add additional hoisin sauce to thicken.2. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.3. Heat in a small saucepan and serve warm.
