AGV Spicy Chili Sauce 愛之味 漢方麻辣醬

AGV's Spicy Chilli Sauce is a premium Sichuan pepper-based sauce, made with blended spices, soybean paste, and soy sauce. A diverse range of spices is added to the mix, including cinnamon, clove, star anise, cumin, and orange peel to further enhance the aroma and the sauce's appetising taste. It is a very useful ingredient to have when preparing spicy Chinese hot-pot soups. AGV's Spicy Chilli Sauce isn't overpowering but is actually mildly spiced, and suitable to mellow Western taste buds. It works great with mapo tofu or as a simple dipping sauce.
